START A RETURN

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. We accept returns on eligible items that are unworn, unused, and in original, unopened packaging with all tags attached, just as they were received.

Depending on the item and return window, approved returns may be issued as a refund, online store credit.

Please note that worn, used, or opened items can’t be returned.


WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?

Some items are final sale and can’t be returned.

  • Sale items
  • Snoods / Pre-Ties
  • Custom orders
  • Jewelry after 1 day of delivery/ready for pickup date
  • Holiday purchases: Fashion or seasonal items delivered/picked up before Yom Tov are final sale after Erev Yom Tov

Items returned outside of our guidelines may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.


HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN A WEB ORDER?

Return timelines vary by item type:

Basic Items

  • Within 30 days of the delivery/ready for pickup date: eligible for a refund, store credit.
  • Within 90 days of the delivery/ready for pickup date date: eligible for store credit.

Fashion / Seasonal Items

  • Must be returned within 7 days of delivery/ready for pickup date for a refund, store credit.

Jewelry

  • Eligible for return within 1 day of delivery/ready for pickup date
  • After 1 day, all jewelry sales are final

Holiday Policy

  • Purchases of fashion or seasonal items delivered/picked up before Yom Tov are not eligible for return after Erev Yom Tov.

Once you start a return, shipped-back or in-store returns must be completed within 14 days to qualify for a refund.


DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

No, we no longer offer exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience - this change helps us streamline our process.


WHAT ABOUT STORE PICKUP OR IN-STORE PURCHASES?

Store pickup orders and in-store purchases follow the same return guidelines as online orders.

Your return window begins on the ready for pickup date.

All items must have tags attached and meet return condition requirements.


WHEN DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping on:

  • $49+ in regular-priced merchandise

  • $100+ in sale merchandise

If your cart includes both regular-priced and sale items, the regular-priced items must total $49+ to qualify.


CAN HOSIERY PLUS CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes, Hosiery Plus reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.
